Does your name
mean business?
A trade name carries a number too. Score yours on the Chaldean table, alone or against the owner's Life Path.

- +45"SHREE ENTERPRISES" carries the number 9. That is one of the numbers this convention favours for trade.
Add the owner's birthdate and the score becomes personal rather than generic.
The trade numbers
Indian numerology holds five numbers as favoured for commerce: 1, 3, 5, 6 and 9. Each traces to a planet the convention reads as suited to trade: the Sun for leadership, Jupiter for growth, Mercury for exchange, Venus for money and comfort, Mars for drive. A name that reduces to one of these gets read as a head start, not a guarantee.
It is common practice for an owner opening or renaming a venture to run the name past a numerologist first, adjusting a spelling to land on one of these numbers: the same device behind personal-name respellings, aimed at a business instead of a person.
Chaldean vs Pythagorean
Two tables assign letters to numbers differently. Chaldean, the older of the two and the one Indian numerology runs on, groups letters by sound into values 1 to 8 and never assigns 9. Pythagorean runs the alphabet straight through, 1 to 9, repeating. This calculator scores on Chaldean; a name's number can differ between the two.
